So I'm thinking of making an Espeon cosplay. I'm hoping that I can have this cosplay for the next Ohayocon or any other Convention that comes my way. And from what I've seen, there have been a lot of Pokemon characters for the past couple of Conventions that I've been to and now I want to be one. But the thing is, I don't know where to start.

What I do have:
Black and purple stockings that I tend to wear with my lolita dress,
A pair of purple Chucks.

What I need:
I'm looking at long purple wig (or short if I can't find the right one) on Ebay and I see a couple in my price range but I'm not feeling that pull toward any right now (must be because of finals).
I know I have a purple dress that I may tear up and put it together into a cute dress-like cosplay.
Then next I'll probably look into a long tail,
The ears,
The gem (that I can probably get at Jo Ann's for nothing )that is on her forehead.

What would be cool:
Is to have a bunch of my friends dress up as their favorite Pokemon characters. I know of two people that already have their Pokemon cosplays.


If anyone out there has any advice at different places to look at let me know. (^.^) I'd really appreciate it!!!
